Do you offer any payment plans?

Yes we do.

We understand you want the best veterinary care for your pet(s) and we share your goal. But sometimes you are faced by big estimate for an emergency, accident or sickness and you do not have the funds to pay in full.

A pre-authorization payment plan form need to be signed and a voided cheque from your bank need to be attached to it with a copy of your driver’s licence. This will authorize our bank to withdraw money directly from your account according to the agreement made by you.

The cost of the procedures, surgery or treatment will be determined by the vet and the cost will be divided on equal monthly payment. As soon as your application is submitted we can not add any future expenses to it and no new payment plans will be made until the first one is paid in full.

We recommend that you include the cost of veterinary care in your annual expenses. However, we understand that this sometimes isn’t possible. If you contact us ahead of time, we can help you determine ways to keep costs down and stay within your budget. For instance, some preventive veterinary care can be spread out over several visits. Your veterinarian will work with you to come up with a cost-effective plan to keep your pet current on vaccinations and other necessary services.

We do accept major credit cards, as well as veterinary insurance plans, which can help cover many routine and emergency services.
