I think my pet ate something that’s making him/her sick, and he/she has lost consciousness/is having seizures/trouble breathing. What should I do?

For urgent cases like:

1. Loss of consciousness.

2. Seizure.

3. Excessive bleeding.

4. Hit by a car.

5. Unable to stand or dragging one or more paws.

6. Ingestion of toxins, chemicals, chocolate…etc.

During normal business hours, bring your pet in immediately. Call us right before you leave or while you’re on your way to help us prepare for the situation.

For non urgent cases please call us and all efforts will be made to see your pet as soon as we can. Even if we a full booked with appointment at that time we always offer to drop off your pet for the vet to examine between appointment and you will be contacted by the vet. to explain his or her findings and discuss any treatment or diagnostic plans.

If your pet gets sick outside our normal hours, take your pet immediately to an emergency veterinary clinic.
